MSU Baroda Recruitment 2022:
In the current implementation cycle (April 2021-March 2024), Saksham will create a pool of Master Trainers across India for Building Capacities of Front Line TB staff (STS and HV) on counselling soft skills. Saksham has developed a three-day module on counselling aspects for NTEP staff and will develop a state wise pool of Master Trainers. The trained Master Trainers will be linked to the State TB Training Demonstration Centre (STDC) for conducting the training of the front line NTEP staff.

Education Qualification:
Master Trainers:
- Previous Saksham MTS.
- Faculty of Sociology, Psychology or Social Work.
- Person with previous experience of conducting HIV/ TB training for SACS/NTEP
- TB Survivors
JRF / SRF:
M.Sc physics/ Life science with minimum 60% marks or an equivalent grade.
